Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

To submit a valid copyright infringement notice, your request must be in writing and include all of the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
• A clear description of where the infringing material is located on the Platform, including specific URL(s), to allow us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Content Removal & Repeat Infringers

We will expeditiously remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice that complies with these requirements. In accordance with the DMCA, DSA, and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims

Please note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
